1. Free Domain Renewal

First year of domain registration or renewal is FREE when you add any hosting package (parking, hosting, holding page, or auction listing). Domains must be on our IPS tag (CGC-HOSTING) for renewals. Years 2–10 are charged at the published TLD rate. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.

2. Domain Auctions

Listing fee: £25 (inc. VAT). Commission: 15% of the final sale value, invoiced on completion. Listings require admin approval. We act as marketplace facilitator, not escrow agent.

3. Hosting Acceptable Use

Hosting may not be used for illegal content, spam, malware distribution, or activities that harm network integrity. We may suspend services for violations with notice where practicable.

4. Marketing Services

SEO and social media plans have a 3-month minimum term. Ad spend is separate from management fees and is the client's responsibility. Results are not guaranteed.

5. Pricing & VAT

All displayed prices include VAT at 20%. Invoices show ex-VAT and VAT amounts separately in UK format.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.
